At Flip Flop Cove you don't have to worry about the little things.

We take care of the lawn-mowing and provide wifi.

Plus with our party barn we have space to accommodate your party or gathering.

Flip Flop Cove is open seasonally (weather permitting) from May 1st to October 31st.

Each site is full hook-up, wifi, lawn care, pets are allowed (must be leashed), and waterfront sites are available.

Rates range from $1700-$2000 per site.

Boat dock fees start at $600 seasonally
